Mr. Dengler joined Boston Capital in 2007.
Prior to joining Boston Capital, he worked for Related Capital Company, CharterMac and Centerline Capital Group in the asset management and special servicing departments.
Over the past 10 years, his responsibilities included special assets, dispositions and maintaining a portfolio of conventional, subsidized and LIHTC residential properties.
Mr. Dengler holds a BA from the University of Connecticut concentrating in Economics and Real Estate.
He also holds the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Housing Credit Certified Professional designation from the National Association of Home Builders.
