Michele Oglesby

Previously, she led market specific business development and acquisition initiatives in a variety of healthcare settings.
Michele served as the Chief Operation and Compliance Officer for Bridge Connector, which delivered integration solutions for healthcare organizations.
Prior to this, she served as the Division Vice President for Amsurg, a leading provider of physician-led and ambulatory-surgery services from 2013 to 2018.
She oversaw the business, clinical, and financial operations including market strategy, information technology, finance, human resources, and quality initiatives.
She drove market decisions on capital investments and construction projects along with market specific business development acquisitions.
Her previous employment includes senior-level leadership in development and turn-around of operational and financial performance in service line management at Baptist Hospital (currently Ascension St. Thomas Midtown) and Lourdes Hospital (formerly Catholic Health Partners), and more than a decade at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she served as Chief Business Development Officer.
Michele holds a MMHC (Master of Management in Health Care) from Vanderbilt University, as well as an MSHA (Master of Health Services Administration) and a BS degree in biology from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN.
She lives in Nashville with her husband, a Nashville native orthopaedic surgeon, and daughter.
She enjoys volunteering in nonprofit initiatives to improve communities and serves as an advisor for Project Healthcare at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center.
