Mungath Madhavan Kutty is currently the Chairman of Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves Ltd. and a Director in several Delhi-based corporations including Delhi State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corp., Delhi Tourism & Transportation Development Corp., Delhi Integrated multi Model Transit System Ltd., Delhi Financial Corp., Delhi Cooperative Housing Finance Corp.
Ltd., Geospatial Delhi Ltd., Delhi Transport Corp., and Shahjahanabad Redevelopment Corp.
He is also the Co-Secretary of India Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas and the former Chief Secretary of National Capital Territory of Delhi.
Previously, he served as the Non-Executive Chairman of Petronet LNG Ltd. and as a Non-Executive Director in Indraprastha Medical Corp.
Ltd. He also held director positions in Delhi Metro Rail Corp.
Ltd., BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd., BSES Yamuna Power Ltd., Delhi State Civil Supplies Corp.
Ltd., Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd., National Capital Region Transport Corp.
Ltd., Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, New Development Bank, and Green Climate Fund.
