Nashwa Saleh

Dr. Nashwa Saleh is Head of Financials Credit Research at Exotix Partners LLP.
She joined Exotix last year and has a track record of more than 17 years covering markets mainly in the Middle East & Africa, but also with some exposure and assignments in CIS and OECD.
Prior to joining Exotix, she worked as the Treasury Manager for EBRD.
She was an assistant sub-governor and Macro-Prudential Unit Head with Banking Supervision at the Central Bank of Egypt in charge of Basle II implementation, stress testing and production of Egypt’s financial stability report.
She received her PhD degree from Cass Business School in 2012, and she published a book in 2010 entitled An Anatomy of the Financial Crisis: Blowing Tumbleweed.
She received her MSc in Finance from London Business School, and obtained her BA in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo (AUC).
She is a CFA charter holder, one of the early founders of the CFA chapter in Egypt, member of the UK CFA Society.
