Orit Shilo

Prior to joining Vintage in 2022, Orit spent 12 years at Google and founded Google for Startups in Israel, a strategic effort that connects the Israeli startup community with Google and advocates for an inclusive and diverse ecosystem.
She was a member of the Google Israel leadership team, leading teams in the Sales, Partnerships and Marketing orgs.
Previously, she led a business development team which supported growth stage startups in connecting with the best of Google and before that she led a business line within Sales.
Orit holds a Masters in History and Philosophy of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in East Asia Studies and Business Administration, both from Tel Aviv University.
