Prior to joining Parkway Capital in May 2005, Mr. Chrismer was an underwriter in M&T Bank’s Commercial Lending Group.
Primary underwriting responsibility included drafting of new origination loan packages and loan reviews for the Bank’s Loan Committee.
For four years Mr. Chrismer was a credit analyst for the Allegis Group and several of its sister companies.
Mr. Chrismer earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and received a B.S.
from Mount St. Mary’s University.
