Paul Richard Ryan

Paul Richard Ryan has been Senior Vice President of the Culinary Strategic Business Unit for Career Education Corp.
since March 2008.
Mr. Ryan was President of the Culinary Division for Career Education from October 2003 to March 2008 and President of the Health Education Division from October 2004 to March 2008.
He served as President of the Academy Division for Career Education from October 2003 to October 2005, Senior Vice President of Operations for the Colleges, Schools & Universities Group from May 2003 to January 2004 and Vice President and Managing Director of the Culinary Division from October 2001 to April 2003.
From March 2000 to October 2001, Mr. Ryan was President of the California Culinary Academy.
Prior to joining Career Education in 2000, he held various management positions at Marriott Hotel Corp.
and Promus Hotel Corp.
He was Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations for Promus Hotel from November 1997 to December 1999.
Mr. Ryan served in the United States Army.
He received an Associate degree in Hotel Administration from Allegheny County College in Pittsburgh.
