Paul Weinstein

Paul Weinstein is a Director of Upaid Systems Ltd. He is a Founder of Forum 21 and President of Rive Droite, Inc. Previously, Mr. Weinstein served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of California Law School.
He worked with Price Waterhouse & Co. He has over 25 years of experience in international investments, law, accounting and cross-cultural communications.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
