Peter R. Ciullo

Mr. Ciullo assists in leading all aspects of Guardian’s investment activities, including due diligence and deal execution for new investment opportunities.
He has been with Guardian for four years.
He is also responsible for leading financial analysis, evaluating potential investments and supporting portfolio company operators post-acquisition.
Mr. Ciullo provides ongoing support for many of Guardian’s portfolio companies.
Prior to Guardian, Mr. Ciullo was an Analyst at Apollo Global Management, where he sourced and evaluated add-on acquisition opportunities for Apollo’s portfolio companies.
Before Apollo Global Management, he worked for Random House in its Corporate Development group where he was responsible for evaluating merger and acquisition opportunities as well as corporate strategy initiatives.
Mr. Ciullo earned his MS in finance from Boston College and his BA in history from the University of Pennsylvania.
