Ranjit Ramachandran

Mr. Ranjit Ramachandran, CFA MBA, is a Managing Director, Equity Research Analyst & Portfolio Manager at Wellington Management Co. LLP.
Mr. Ramachandran is part of Global Equity Portfolio Management on the Growth Opportunities Team.
He conducts fundamental analysis on small- and mid-cap global equity investments across various sectors, including information technology.
His research supports the investment decision making for a range of portfolios managed for clients of the firm.
Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2014, Mr. Ramachandran worked as a Senior Research Associate covering US semiconductors at Sanford Bernstein (2011 – 2014).
Before that, he worked as a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (2010 – 2011) and held a variety of positions with the Indian Administrative Service (1996 – 2008).
He earned his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton) and his bachelor of technology (BT) in electronics and communications engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Additionally, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
