Vincent has been Vice President of Research and Development for Canam Group, Inc. since 1988.
He was Chief Engineer and Manager of the Structural Division for Marshall Steel.
Mr. Vincent is Chairman of the Technical Committee on Steel Structures for Buildings for CSA Standard S16.1-01 "Limit States Design of Steel Structures", Vice Chairman of the Technical Sub-Committee on Structural Steel for CSA Standard S6-00 "Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code" and a Member of the Technical Committee on Cold-Formed Steel Structural Members for CSA Standard S136-01 "North American Specification for the Design of Cold-Formed Steel Structural Members" and the CSA Strategic Steering Committee on Structures.
He received a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from McGill University in 1968.
