In 2020, they became a subsidiary of Blackstone Intermediary Holdco LLC, ultimately held by The Blackstone, Inc. (NYSE: BX). The firm subsequently changed their name to Blackstone Credit Systematic Strategies LLC in 2021. Blackstone Credit serves as investment manager for pooled investment vehicles operating as private investment funds, and registered investment companies. The firm also provides investment advisory services to individually managed accounts.
