Robert F. Hogan

Robert F.
Hogan, Jr. has been President and Chief Executive Officer of AmerCable, Inc. since 1993, a Member of the Young Presidents' Organization and Member of the Finance Committee for The National Ocean Industries Association.
Prior to joining AmerCable, he was Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary of Associated Materials, Inc. from 1984 to 1993 and a Manager of the Audit Division for Ernst & Young LLP.
Mr. Hogan was a Director of the South Arkansas Arts Center and President of El Dorado Golf and Country Club and a Director from 1998 to 2002.
He was appointed as a Director of the National Mining Association in 2001 and Chairman of the Boy Scouts of America in 2000.
Mr. Hogan received a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University.
