Robert Normandeau

Robert A. Normandeau is the founder and currently holds the position of Managing Partner & President at SeaFort Capital, Inc., which was founded in 2012.
He is also currently serving as a Director at The IWK Foundation, Canada's Venture Capital & Private Equity Association, A.W.
Leil Holdings Ltd., The Armour Group Ltd., Jardine Transport Ltd. (since 2015), and is a Member of Young Presidents' Organization (Canada).
In the past, Mr. Normandeau held the position of President, Chief Executive Officer, COO & Director at Clarke, Inc. from 2011 to 2012.
He also served as Chairman at Art In Motion and as a Director at Shermag, Inc., Humber Capital Corp., TerraVest Industries, Inc., Distinct Infrastructure Group, Inc. (from 2017 to 2019), and Rocky Mountain Liquor, Inc. (from 2007 to 2024).
Additionally, he was a Trustee at Versacold Income Fund and General Donlee Income Fund, and an Independent Trustee at TerraVest Income Fund (from 2010 to 2012) and a Trustee at Cinram International Income Fund (from 2010 to 2011).
Mr. Normandeau completed his graduate studies and obtained an MBA from the University of Toronto.
He also holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario.
