Roland is currently President of CoActive Marketing Group's Digital Intelligence Group, a full-service, interactive marketing agency.
DI is interactive AOR for Valvoline, Kikkoman, Mazola and global interactive AOR for Captain Morgan Rum Co. Prior to joining CoActive, Roland was a creative director for the last 15 years and as managing partner of Blue Dingo Interactive, and is known as an innovative interactive marketing specialist.
Roland's primary focus is to help companies more effectively utilize the web as a central marketing platform.
From his early involvement in publishing as a marketing specialist, to founder (1989) and creative director of Grybauskas & Partners Advertising and then founding (1993) and managing Blue Dingo, Roland has offered clients innovative approaches for building their business
