Royal P. Walker

Mr. Walker became a member of the Company's Board of Directors on June 4, 1996.
He holds a J.D.
from Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas, and since June 1, 1992 has served on the staff of The Institute for Disability Studies at the University of Southern Mississippi.
From June 1991 through May 1992 he served as the first Executive Director of the Mississippi Gaming Commission.
He is a member of the Company's Audit and Compensation Committees.
