Sandra Mayasich

Prior to joining Prism in 2002, Ms. Mayasich spent eleven years with Churchill Capital, Inc., as a founding team member where she became the Senior Subordinated Debt Investment Principal.
Ms. Mayasich’s experience as a mezzanine investor has provided her many opportunities to speak at prominent national buyout, equity and mezzanine conferences.
Ms. Mayasich began her career in 1979 as an auditor for Deloitte and Touche where she managed audit engagements in the Midwest.
From 1983 to 1989, she was the Accounting Manager and Due Diligence Officer for North Star Resource Group, a Minneapolis based investment brokerage and advisory firm.
Ms. Mayasich received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
She also has held NASD Series 7, Series 63, and CFP licenses.
