Dhar is the Head of Investment Strategy at Aviva Investors Global Services Ltd.
He has a career in economic research spanning over 20 years.
At Aviva Investors, he is responsible for driving economic research and forecasting for the Asia-Pacific region, and helps to conduct research-specific trade opportunities based on economic analysis.
Mr. Dhar rejoined Aviva Investors in April 2010 from Fathom Financial Consulting, which he co-founded in 2004.
While at Fathom Financial, he was responsible for formulating the strategic direction of the company and for macroeconomic and financial market analysis and research.
Before this, Mr. Dhar had an initial period working at Aviva Investors from 2000 to 2004 as the Chief United Kingdom Economist and then latterly as the Chief European Economist.
He has also held Management and Economist roles at the Bank of England and Oxford Economic Forecasting.
