Since 1990, Liming Network has designed and established the Computer Network Trading System of Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange on its own, and is the first in the world to implement the paperless, networked, real-time online transactions and set the sample stock e-commerce in China. In the past few years, Liming Network continuously made innovations in the electronic auto-trading field. It advocated and implemented the electronic non-spot trading methods, such as telephone trading, online trading and mobile phone trading. Shangtong Network Company, a subsidiary of Liming Network, has established the iSwitch integrated services platform of information switching in some large cities of China provide the clients in such industries as stock and banking with the business communication services, featuring the multi-network convergence, multi-service coordination and inter-area integration. This is a brand new mode of the integrated services with network applications. By far, the company has several hundreds of clients and its annual trade volume is about ten billions RMB yuan. The government also gives much support to the company.
