Steven D’Agostino

Mr. Steven D’Agostino is a Managing Director at Cohen & Co. Capital Markets LLC (Broker).
He has experience structuring CMOs, CBOs, CLOs, ABS, and SBA securitizations.
Prior to joining Cohen & Company, from 2003 to 2006, he served as Head of Technology and Analytics for the Structured Credit Products group at Merrill Lynch.
Before that, he held a similar position at Credit Suisse First Boston from 1999 to 2003.
Prior to heading up Technology and Analytics at CSFB, he worked on the structuring and trading of CMOs, CDOs, and other structured finance transactions at Credit Suisse First Boston from 1993 to 1997 and at Chase Securities from 1997 to 1999.
Mr. D’Agostino holds a B.S.
in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
