Susan Cotter

Susan Cotter is Vice President of Operations for Active Data Services, Inc. and Vice President of Healthcare Services for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina for Active Data Services, Inc. She is a Member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
Ms. Cotter worked with the Customer Support Group at Lason Inc. Prior to working at Lason Inc., she worked with the Atlantic Documentation's Customer Service Division and Dataflow Inc. Ms. Cotter has more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
