William Boyer

Bill Boyer is a Senior Advisor to Atar Capital, where he focuses on the Energy, Oil & Gas sectors.
Bill currently serves on the Board of Frontier Integrity Solutions, the leader in oil and gas mid-stream pipeline inspection services.
Recently, Bill retired as chief operating officer of Southcross Energy Partners, L.P., a master limited partnership with assets located in South Texas, Mississippi and Alabama, including two large cryogenic gas processing plants, two natural gas liquids fractionation facilities, and approximately 3,100 miles of pipeline.
At Southcross, Bill was responsible for the operational, financial, environmental and safety performance of Southcross’ pipelines, plants and compressor stations, with staff based in 3 states.
Bill joined Southcross in late 2015, shortly after his retirement from Occidental Petroleum, after a 39 year with a range of assignments in midstream and chemicals operations and engineering.
At Occidental Bill worked in project and process engineering roles, as well as in several plant manager assignments in Kansas and Texas at gas processing and natural gas liquids fractionation plants.
Bill was the President of Occidental’s crude oil pipeline subsidiary, Centurion Pipeline, and General Manager of Occidental’s Midstream Operations business unit, which included the Centurion Pipeline operations and a new marine terminal at Ingleside, Texas.
Mr. Boyer holds a B.S.
in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, and is a registered Professional Engineer in both Oklahoma and Texas.
Bill is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
