Yong Min Wu

Yong Min Wu is currently the Director of the Law Department at Zhejiang University.
He is also an Independent Director at Zhejiang Wufangzhai Industry Co., Ltd.
and a Member of the China Economic Law Studies Association, China Business Law Research Council, Zhejiang Tax Law Research Council, and the National Judges College of China.
Additionally, he serves as the President of the Insurance Institute of Zhejiang.
In the past, he held positions as an Independent Director on the Supervisory Board of Zhejiang Expressway Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Narada Power Source Co., Ltd., Ningbo Gaofa.
Automotive Control System Co., Ltd., and Sundy Land Investment Co., Ltd.
Mr. Wu completed his undergraduate studies at Zhejiang University and obtained a graduate degree from China University of Political Science & Law in 1990.
