Zena Ajala

Zena Ajala is a Vice President in the OEP Carveout team.
She joined Apax Partners in 2021 and is currently based in London.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Zena was a Director at Deloitte (Middle East) and KPMG (London) where she focused on Integration/Separation in M&A transactions.
She also worked as a Separation Lead at GlaxoSmithKline London offices, where she led the carve out of various Consumer and Pharmaceutical divisions.
Zena is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountant Scotland), holds an MSc in Management Science & Operational Research from Warwick University and a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Accounting from Bristol University.
