Dale Hengesbach

Dale Hengesbach, Chief Financial Officer, brings more than 15 years of diversified finance and planning experience to Accruit.
After earning his CPA while employed at Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) and then his MBA, Dale joined Amoco Corporation's Treasurer's Department, where he developed and implemented financing solutions for Amoco's existing and planned worldwide operations.
Through subsequent subsidiary and operating-level assignments at Amoco (and its successor, BP plc), both domestic and international, Dale further developed and demonstrated his expertise in the areas of business evaluation and development, corporate finance, financial management and control, commercial negotiation, and strategic planning.
Before joining Accruit in 2003, Dale had most recently been working for BP Nederland Energie B.V.
in The Hague, The Netherlands.
