Mr. Gerard Gardner joined North from Goldman Sachs International in London, where his role was to develop GSs Foreign Exchange franchise, focusing on hedge funds and leveraged accounts.
Prior to Goldman, he worked at Morgan Stanley International as a currency strategist, specializing in multi-asset class and cross-economy analysis for the FX sales group.
Earlier in his career, in 1994, Mr. Gerard Gardner was one of four founding members of Rubicon Capital Management, a New York-based macro hedge fund.
His primary role there was global strategy, working directly for the CIO.
His Wall Street career started in 1987 at Drexel Burnham
Lambert as a US agency MBS trader.
Mr. Gerard Gardner has an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a BSEE from the University of Wisconsin.
