He is also on the board of RiceBran Technologies (former Chairman), Tax-Free Fixed Income Fund III for Puerto Rico Residents, Inc. and FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd.

Mr. Rosenthal previously was Co-Chairman for SITO Mobile Ltd., Director-Mergers & Acquisitions at RSL Communications Ltd., Principal at W.R. Huff CM LLC, Partner at WR Huff Asset Management Co. LLC and Non-Executive Chairman for Rentrak Corp.

Mr. Rosenthal received an undergraduate degree from Lehigh University and an MBA from Johnson Graduate School of Management.
