Dorothee Klein joined DBAG in 2018 and is Head of Human Resources and Organisation.

Prior to joining DBAG, she worked for 14 years in Human Resources at Goldman Sachs, thereof two years in a leading position. Before that, she spent six years in Human Resources at Morgan Stanley.

Dorothee Klein holds a degree as an International Office Manager (ESA) from the Academy for Office Communication and World Trade Languages.

She is also a trained mediator and coach (EHV).
