Eric Lemer is a Managing Director in our Client Relations and Capital Raising team for our global real estate platform, EQT Exeter.
Eric has 30 years of experience across multiple disciplines within the real estate industry including investment banking, M&A, principal investing, fund and venture formation and the establishment of new and enhancement of existing investment management platforms.
Before joining EQT Partners in August 2019, Eric was Director, Business Development, at London-based Delancey Real Estate Asset Management for over four years.
Prior to that, Eric served as a Principal and Co-Head of the London office of Hodes Weill & Associates, a global real estate capital advisory firm.
From 2005 to 2010, Eric was a Director and Co-Head of the London office of Credit Suisse’s Real Estate Private Fund Group where he led fundraises which secured over $6 billion for UK, pan-European and North American real estate investment managers.
In addition, Eric completed more than $10 billion of real estate capital markets transactions as one of the founding members of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette's, and PaineWebber Incorporated's real estate investment banking groups.
Eric holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
