Fu Ling Han is on the board of China Everbright Bank Co. Ltd. and Professor at Central University of Finance & Economics.

Dr. Han previously held the position of Deputy Dean-Economics Department at the University of Science & Technology Beijing.

Dr. Han received a doctorate from Silesian University of Technology, a doctorate from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from the University of Science & Technology Beijing.
