founded in 2018, where she holds the title of Managing Director.
Currently, she is the Chairman at the University of Pretoria since 2020, Chairman at African Research Excellence Fund, Co-Chairman at Global Alliance For Climate Smart Agriculture, Independent Non-Executive Director at Nestlé SA since 2021, and Expert Panel Member at Cornell University.
In the past, she held positions such as Chairman-Trustees Board at International Livestock Research Institute, Co-Chairman at The African Growth & Development Policy Modeling Consortium, Director at International Maize & Wheat Improvement Center, Member at The Chicago Council on Global Affairs, VP-Country Support, Policy & Partnerships at Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa from 2017 to 2018, Member at The African Union Commission, Member at Policy Advisory Council, and Commissioner at Eat Lancet Commission.
Dr. Sibanda's education includes an undergraduate degree from Alexandria University in 1986, a graduate degree from the University of Reading Malaysia in 1988, and a doctorate degree from the University of Reading Malaysia in 1992.
