Presently, Lynn Antipas Tyson holds the position of Executive Director-Investor Relations at Ford Motor Co. Ms. Tyson is also on the board of Q2 Holdings, Inc. and Member of Executive Leadership Council, Inc., Member of National Investor Relations Institute and Member of National Black MBA Association, Inc.

In the past Ms. Tyson held the position of Senior Vice President-Investor Relations at PepsiCo, Inc., Vice President-Investor Relations at CHC Group Ltd., Vice President-Investor Relations of Atento SA, Senior Vice President-Investor Relations at AECOM and Vice President-Investor Relations at Dell, Inc.

Ms. Tyson received an undergraduate degree from City University of New York and an MBA from The Leonard N Stern School of Business.
