Rong Lu founded Doll Capital Management, Inc. (Beijing) and Atypical Ventures (CN). Ms. Lu occupies the position of General Partner of Doll Capital Management, Inc. and General Partner at Doll Capital Management, Inc. (Beijing) (a subsidiary of Doll Capital Management, Inc.).

She is also on the board of Unilever Plc, Uxin Ltd. and Yum China Holdings, Inc.

In her past career Rong Lu was Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Vice President at Goldman Sachs Asset Management LP.

Ms. Lu received an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and a graduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
