Sara Hennicken occupies the position of Chief Financial Officer of Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA and Chairman-Supervisory Board of Fresenius Kabi AG (a subsidiary of Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA) and Managing Director at Fresenius Medical Care Deutschland GmbH. Ms. Hennicken is also on the board of Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA, VAMED AG and Fresenius Medical Care Management AG.

In her past career she occupied the position of MD & Senior Client Executive at Deutsche Bank AG.
