Presently, Simone Mori occupies the position of Chairman at Assolombarda Energy Merchandise. Mr. Mori is also on the board of Electra De Viesgo Distribución SL, Enel Viesgo Energia SL, Elettricità Futura - Unione delle Imprese Elettriche Italiane (former Chairman) and Centre on Regulation in Europe and Head-Europe & Euro-Mediterranean Affairs at Enel SpA, Professor-Engineering Faculty at Sapienza University of Rome and Member-Energy Commission at Confindustria.

In the past Simone Mori occupied the position of President-Energy Sector at Industrial Union of Rome and Vice President of Associazione Nazionale delle Imprese Elettriche.

Mr. Mori received an undergraduate degree from the University of Parma and an MBA from The LUISS University of Rome.
