Aoife Brick

Ms. Aoife Brick is Research Officer at The Economic & Social Research Institute.
She joined the Economic & Social Research Institute's Social Research Division as a Research Officer in July 2014.
Between May 2007 and July 2014 she worked as a Research Analyst in the Health Research and Information Division at the firm.
She studied economics and mathematics at the National University of Ireland, Galway and then went on to complete a Masters in Applied Economics and a PhD (in 2005).
Her research on health economics has covered a wide range of health areas, including healthcare reform, pharmaceutical pricing, caesarean section rates and palliative care.
