Bernie Ferrari

Mr. Ferrari is currenty working at Broadpoint.Gleacher.
He also serves as Chairman of Ferrari Consultancy which focuses on providing corporate strategy advice to Chief Executive Officers of multinational companies.
He retired in 2009 as Director (Senior Partner) from McKinsey & Company’s New York Office after twenty years at the firm where he led Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice, serving top management on corporate portfolio, transactional and post-merger management issues.
Mr. Ferrari earned baccalaureate and medical degrees from the University of Rochester in 1970 and 1974, respectively; a Juris Doctor from Loyola University; and a Masters of Business Administration from Tulane University.
Prior to joining McKinsey in 1989, he was a Colon and Rectal surgeon and Chief Operating Officer at the Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans, Louisiana.
