(AIFMC), formerly known as Industrial Fund Management Co., Ltd., is a Chinese investment advisory firm which was founded in 2003 through a joint venture between China-based Industrial Securities Co. Ltd. (51 percent) and AEGON International BV (49 percent) (Euronext: AGN; NYSE: AEG) in The Netherlands. Headquartered in Shanghai, AIFMC manages a range of funds for individual and institutional investors. The firm is a socially responsible investor and signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) which integrates environmental, social, and governance considerations into their investment process.

Caitong Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd. (CSAM) is the asset management subsidiary of the Province of Zhejiang’s Caitong Securities Co., Ltd. in China. Formerly known as Caitong Securities Brokerage Limited Liability Company, established in 1993, the firm changed their name to Caitong Securities Co., Ltd. in 2009. They are headquartered in Hangzhou with additional branches across China and provide a range of asset management services to individual and institutional clients.
