Mr. Bob R.
Hinckley is Senior Vice President-Government Programs at Capital District Physicians Health Plan, Inc. He was named senior vice president, government and external relations in January 2006 after serving as vice president government and external relations since July 2004.

Mr. Hinckley served as senior deputy secretary to New York State Governor Pataki in the areas of health and human services.

Additionally, he has held positions with the State Office of General Services and the State Comptroller, where he worked as deputy press secretary under Ned Regan.
Mr. Hinckley holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Colgate University.
He peviously served as vice chair of the Commission on Healthcare Facilities in the 21st Century, and on the executive board of the American Marketing Association (AMA).
