Mr. Brian Dwyer joined Element Venture Partners in 2009.
Prior to that, he was a Principal of Deal Origination at CMF Associates, a middle market private equity consulting firm.
At CMF he led the Deal Origination team through driving acquisition searches and identifying entrepreneurs and businesses seeking a financial exit.
Before CMF, he was an Analyst at Morgan Stanley in the company’s Institutional Securities division, assisting in processing a full range of domestic and international institutional securities.
Previous to this role, he was at SEI Investments in the company’s Tax Department and Business Implementation and Support Group.
Mr. Dwyer earned a BS in International Business with minors in Economics and Italian from the Saint Joseph’s University.
