Mr. Carlos J.
Pla is Co-Head of Research & Managing Director at Hayfin Capital Management LLP.
Prior to joining Hayfin, he was an Executive Director within Goldman Sachs’ Principal Investment Area in London, with responsibility for the Southern Europe region and the financial services industry.
Before this, he spent three years within Goldman Sachs’ European Leveraged Finance business and three years within Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Area.
Mr. Pla graduated from ICADE (Madrid) with degrees in Law in 1999 and in Business Administration in 2000.
