Mr. Christian Köhler is an Economist at Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung GmbH.
He is an Economist at the Department of "Industrial Economics and International Management".
His major fields of work include the Innovation Survey of the ZEW which is at the same time the German contribution to the Community Innovation Survey (CIS) of the EU and studies on the innovation behaviour of firms.
His research focusses on microeconometric analyses of the innovation behaviour on the firm level, in particular the relationship between competition and innovation.
Dr. Koehler studied Economics at the University of Mannheim and spent an exchange semester in St. Petersburg, Russian Federation and gained his doctoral degree at the TU Dortmund.
