Cynthia A. Wilson

Prior to joining Challenger Capital Group, Ms. Wilson served as vice president of corporate recruiting of AMN Healthcare Inc., the nation’s leading temporary nurse and physician staffing provider and the largest health care staffing company in the United States.
While at AMN, she was responsible for strategic operations of all talent acquisition for AMN Healthcare’s brands across the United States, including American Mobile Healthcare in San Diego; Medical Express in Westminster, Colo.; Rx Pro Health in Denver; Nurses RX in Charlotte, N.C.; Preferred Healthcare in Ft.
Lauderdale, Fla., and The MHA Group in Dallas with regional offices in Atlanta, Ga., Salt Lake City, Utah, and Irvine, Calif.
Ms. Wilson has overseen the growth of these companies to firms now employing more than 2,000 people, with combined annual revenues of over $1 billion.
Ms. Wilson has several years experience in staffing, beginning her career with LaBarge & Associates, a privately-held, Dallas-based executive search firm, then moving to The MHA Group, the nation’s leading temporary and permanent physician search and consultant firm.
She began her tenure with The MHA Group (now a division of AMN Healthcare) in 2001.
