Mr. Gaffney joined Jacobson Partners in December 2001 after co-founding Vercera, LLC, an internet company, in 2000.
Prior to co-founding Vercera, he managed the acquisition activities for AmeriGas Propane, L.P., the largest propane retailer in the U.S.
During his tenure, AmeriGas acquired more than 40 privately held propane companies.
Prior to his role in AmeriGas' Corporate Development Department, he worked as an internal auditor for UGI Corporation, the parent company of AmeriGas.
Mr. Gaffney graduated with a B.S.
in Finance from Georgetown University.
