Elliott Holland

Mr. Elliott Holland is an Associate at Watermill Ventures Ltd since February 2011.
He is responsible for evaluating and coordinating potential transactions as well as providing project-specific assistance to portfolio companies.
He has a background in performing financial, operational and market due diligence and creating complex operating and valuation models for potential acquisitions.
Prior to joining Watermill, Mr. Holland worked as a Summer Associate at Linx Partners, a private equity firm focusing on middle market companies in the manufacturing, distribution, and business services industries.
While at Linx, Mr. Holland analyzed new deal opportunities, conducted in-depth market analysis to determine the attractiveness of the potential investments, and performed due diligence on potential acquisitions.
He began his career at Accenture where he was a business analyst in their Strategy Practice where he advised clients in the manufacturing, business services, and healthcare industries.
Mr. Holland received his B.S.
degrees from Morehouse College and the Georgia Institute of Technology in general science and mechanical engineering respectively.
He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Tau Sigma honor societies.
He received his M.B.A.
from Harvard Business School.
