In this capacity, Mr. Vila is responsible for the legal, tax and financial aspects of the business, with special emphasis on fund and investment structures, valuations, due diligence and monitoring of portfolio investments.
He has more than 20 years experience as President and CEO of Iberia Tiles Corporation, a distributor and retailer of ceramic, marble and natural stone tiles in the USA. He was a Certified Public Accountant and worked with KPMG from 1981 to 1985.
He holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
