Mr. Gary D.
Steinhardt is a Senior Director of Investment Group at American Realty Advisors.
He is responsible for sourcing, closing and management of core and high-yield real estate investments.
He is responsible for the firm’s transaction activities in the Northern and Southern regions of California like Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and San Diego.
He has over 19 years of real estate experience.
Prior to joining American Realty Advisors, Mr. Steinhardt was an Associate at Eastdil Realty, responsible for preparing analytic and marketing materials, as well as coordinating the marketing, analysis, due diligence, and closing processes for real estate transactions with a total estimated market value in excess of $870 million.
Before that, he was an Assistant Vice President for Wells Fargo Bank’s Real Estate Merchant Banking Group, responsible for the origination of over $150 million in structured real estate loans and the management of a $170 million portfolio of existing loans.
He earned a B.S.
degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a M.B.A.
from the University of Southern California.
