Prior to joining Halbert Hargrove Russell in 1992, Mr. Hickok has focused on the development of wealth maximization programs for individuals and families with an emphasis on estate planning, charitable remainder trust and tax efficient portfolios.
He has been instrumental in the design and implementation of participant training programs, 404-C compliance issues and retirement planning seminars for both Fortune 500 and local companies throughout Southern California.
Mr. Hickok background includes: Regional Vice President of Metro Bank, San Diego; Regional Vice President of United Bank of Arizona, Phoenix; Vice President of Union Bank, Los Angeles; and Captain/Reconnaissance Officer, United States Marine Corps.
Mr. Hickok is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Managers, the North County Personnel Association, and the Planned Giving Roundtable of San Diego.
Mr. Hickok graduated from Youngstown State University in 1971.
