With over 16 years of Real Estate experience he is responsible for acquisition.
Prior to joining APJ Mr. Koyama was with Millea Real-Estate-Risk Management as Asset Manager in charge of acquisition.
He was involved in the acquisition of office buildings and residential buildings for various funds, acted as Financial Advisor for an outlet shopping mall project (JPY4.2 billion), involved in development projects with a major Construction Company on a several properties in Tokyo and Morioka.
He was also involved in research and development projects for hotel operators and investors.
Mr. Koyama is a graduate of Nihon University School of Science and Engineering.
He is a First-class architect and a Real-estate transaction specialist.
