Mr. Hiromasa Hayashi is Senior Asset Manager at Atlas Partners Japan Ltd.
He joined the Asset Management Group of Atlas Partners Japan as Senior Asset Manager in 2010.
He brings with him extensive experiences in asset management and acquisitions.
Prior to joining APJ, he headed the acquisitions group at Macquarie Real Estate Capital Japan where he was responsible for acquisitions, origination and executing real estate transactions for a Macquarie listed property trust fund.
Prior to Macquarie he held positions as vice president of acquisitions at GMAC Commercial Mortgage Japan.
Prior to that, he was responsible for acquisitions of distressed real estate assets and non-performance loans at Hudson Japan LLC part of the Lone Star Group and various real estate asset management positions.
Mr. Hayashi graduated from Meiji Gakuin University, with a Bachelor in Commerce.
He holds a real estate broker license, real estate consulting license and building property management license in Japan.
He also holds a real estate broker license in California, USA.
